I've been on the phone with Ebay now 3 times and they still don't have the solution. My payouts have been blocked since September/October. It's been escalated to Technical Support and they have confirmed a problem but they won't send my money via a check, nor will they send it via Paypal.
At this point I can't even add a new bank account since when I try to add a bank account, it says the page doesn't exist!! I have Bluevine/Chime/Coastal Community Bank and know the bank has gone through some changes as well, but as of today I can't even add a different bank account since there is no place to add it.
Their solution for me is to open a new Ebay account (which of course means none of my reviews will show, nor does it help with the issue of the thousands of dollars (literally) that I am owed. So frustrated! It seems so wrong that they can just hold my money (there are absolutely no holds on the account) until they get around to fixing it? Anyone else had any luck getting this issue resolved?

Wow, hard to say anything about all of that other than WOW!
Have you checked your Seller Hub. Hover over the Payment tab. The last option on the drop down menu it Payout settings.

Did you try what I suggested in my first post? You are assuming there is no place to add your bank info and that isn't correct, as there is.
Any checking account you add MUST be with a bank. So make sure that the place you got your checking account is actually a bank. Chime is not a bank.
I think much of your problem may be just no knowing where to look for what you need coupled with possibly trying to add an account that is not from an actual bank.

Thank you so much for the info. It was so strange, in one section it wouldn't allow me to add my bank account, in the next area (the one you talked about) I was able to at least add my personal account. Now I'm waiting to see if the 'micro-deposits' show up so the account can actually get added.
This is way more information and help than 3 phone calls to Ebay (and a couple hours of waiting!) were able to provide.
Again, I'll keep everyone posted to see if this solution has actually worked for me. I haven't had a payout since mid-October!
