Billing Issues

A purchase charge was put on my PayPal account without me knowing, insted of being taken directly from my bank account like it is set up to. Now I have a large negitive balence on PayPal. I used money in my bank thinking they already took it from there like it is set up too. I dont know how to pay off or fix this issue.

You will have to pay PayPal back.

I would call and have them walk you thru the steps to make sure funds come out of bank account for future purchases.

What is a purchase charge ?

Are you talking about a payment for something that you purchased?

There is no way that eBay can directly charge your bank account for a purchase.

It sounds as if you need to go to your PayPal wallet and double-check what payment method you have set as your 'Preferred' method of payment while shopping online. Well... moving forward, that is.

Presently, as to the negative balance, you'll have to deposit some cash. I can't address the bookkeeping error.

Good luck to you.

It is a little hard to understand your post.

Did you purchase an item off of Ebay?  If you did, you did not have ANY payment option of having it taken from your bank account as Ebay doesn't have that payment option when you are purchasing an item as a buyer.

If you are talking about you purchased a shipping label and it came out of your PP account, that would be because the option of where the payment is to be pulled from is set to be PP.  You have an option on every shipping label to determine if it is to come from you MP account or you PP account for the postage costs.

If you meant something else, you will need to give us more details.  I'm confident you know what you were trying to describe, but the rest of us simply aren't sure.
