When I switched to managed payments a year ago I updated and verified my bank info. and eBay has been depositing and debiting from my account all year. Now they are telling me that I did not verify my account and if I don't do it they will put a hold on my future payouts. I think I am being hacked. Any ideas as to how I should proceed??

My guess is that you will need to comply with eBay's request to verify your bank details in order to continue to receive payouts from Managed Payments.
I got the same garbage today. Makes no sense, but that is E-Bay. I re-verified via the website just to make sure it wasn't a scam. Now I get to wait 2 days while they verify and then give me my payout. So dumb.
I am having the same problem. Sales deposited all summer and now my account is on hold (we were away for several weeks and could not attend to the account problem). Ebay says they sent micro-deposits in June and bank says they never received any. Now they say that bank is blocked but will not tell me why. The bank says they are not blocking it. Have changed to another account but now have to wait 1-5 days to have that verified. After 23 years on Ebay, I find this frustrating and insulting.
