Bank verification process not working, money transfer restricted

Hi,

I have had this problem for some weeks now where eBay wants me to update my bank information in order to verify that it's ok. I have done it several times and it still goes back to this message:

"We're unable to verify some of the information you provided. To help us resume the verification process, you'll need to update your account details by Aug 22, 2024 to avoid further restrictions."

I have 100% positive reviews, been a member for about a year (without any issues). I have a small amount of money that is locked by eBay that I can't access but that's not the end of the world, the problem is that if there is no direct help with this then I see no other reason than to end my eBay account because I can't do business worrying about being locked out of my payments.

Anyone on eBay who can help me, please?

The bank you're using, is it a real bank?

Does the information on the bank account match the information on your Ebay account exactly?

I see you are in Sweden.

This is the US, eBay .com, help boards.

Some of the US and EU, or other sites, have different requirements.

eBay isnt here. It is sellers and buyers like yourself.

In the US, we have to use a real bank. We have to have the account name exactly like the eBay account. There are other requirements too for US sellers.
