Awaiting for payment

What if the awaiting payment is more than a week old and the person who won the bit is not paying? Can I relist it with the previous price in auction mode? I also sent a message to the buyer.

Awaiting for payment

If you plan to sell on eBay, you need to learn about your options in dealing with a non-paying bidder.

After 4 days of nonpayment, no need to send a message.  On day #5, you can cancel, using "buyer did not pay" as your reason.  You will be refunded your FVF, nonpayer has a "strike" and you can relist.
