If you bought and paid for something, but did not receive it a few days past its last estimated delivery date, you need to go to the Resolution Center and open an ITEM NOT RECEIVED CASE.

What was the ETA on your purchase?  What was your seller's handling time?  When did they ship?  Have you looked at the tracking on the package to see where it is?

The information you provided is pretty slim.  Hard to know what your real concern is.
