Agreed partial refund not recieved on product defect not in description

Seller sold me a pair of shoes with large hole in them. In the description seller put light scuffing only no mention of hole. Claimed the picture had the hole visible. Agreed to partial refund. Seller has not partially refunded in 4 days.

Do you really want a discounted pair of shoes with a large hole in them? Open a Not as Described Return and send them back for a full refund. Good luck and good golly...

WHY? Follow the suggestion of the other poster and open an item not as described case. 

BTW, that claim that "the picture had the hole visible" doesn't fly.  It has to have been mentioned in the listing.
