Adding item to my watchlist ended up in my cart.

Hi.  I've noticed lately that at times I add an item to my watch list, it ended up in my cart.  I don't want to be a non-compliant buyer but I also felt like I am being pushed to fulfill my obligation to buy.  It wasn't a "Buy it now" item.  My last one was even worst.  The seller already took out funds from my bank account!!!  It is to the point I had to delete my bank information to protect my money.  What can I do to protect this from happening????
