Adding bank account information

I’m a new seller and have not yet posted my item.  Where exactly do I enter my bank account information?   When I follow the directions for this I see only choices for credit card options.  I can’t locate an area that takes my bank account info. 
Is it possible that I have to post my item before that area becomes an option?

Go to the Seller Hub and click the Payments tab.

Just for a little more clarity.  Hover over the payment tab, the last option on the menu that will appear is to update your  Payout Settings.

Or when you are first moving into MP, there is often a red banner on your Seller Hub that will guide you through the sign up process, so just click on the proper link in the message.
