Adding a payment method

I need help 

i am attempting to delete a payment method in order to add one

it’s not working

Have you tried to add before  deleting?

I was just going to post about the same thing. Add the new one, mark it as primary, then remove the old one.

most likely the platform is initially configured to add the primary payment method first. If you want to remove it, then you first need to add the second payment method. And then remove the first one.
