I started selling on eBay the beginning of this year and have been doing great up until about 2 months ago when eBay started reviewing my account, restricted me for needing me to verify where my items were coming from then reinstated me after a month of back and forth msgs. So its been a month or so now that I got all my privileges back and every week since about 2x a week, my account gets put on a 5 day hold and payouts seize to be sent out. It’s very inconvenient and cannot get them to explain to me an exact reason besides my seller % has fallen below standards due to mistake reasons I submitted that I also was able to dispute. (Again I’m new and am learning) regardless, follow all policy rules, am a legit seller and resolve every and any issue with my buyers even if it’s not my fault! What more do I need to do so they can stop flagging my account?? I’ve updated all my info and have done nothing wrong.
