Accidently Marked Item as Paid

When I want to send the Second Change Offer, I accidentally click Mark As Paid. After that I finally changed again to not paid. But when checking the balance on Ebay it was minus because it was reduced by the fee ( -$ 705.96) from items that Mark As Paid accidentally. So what is the solution to remove the fee?

Do you have a transaction that needs to be cancelled? If so, you can do that with the drop-down menu to the left of the order.

the buyer didn't want to pay, I tried to send a second chance offer to another bidder but instead accidentally clicked on Mark as paid

But earlier you said you changed the item to 'Not Paid' again... so you need to cancel the order before you send Second Chance offers. Here's the way to do it. Good luck.

I already mark as paid ( By accident ) >>> Unpaid >> cancel the order 

But my fund still reduced by the fee ( -$ 705.96)
