Accidentally refunded too much

I made a mistake while calculating combined shipping and ended up refunding $35 instead of $15. Is there anything I can do about this?

Other then asking the buyer to repay, no.

I did this once.  I contacted by buyer and explained my mistake.  They were so nice about it and they sent me their email address so I could invoice them in PayPal.  They when they got the PP invoice, they repaid me.  

Ebay knows that sellers have to look to Paypal to resolve issues like this because Ebay has no way for us to do this from their site.

Yes.  Send your customer a message that says MERRY CHRISTMAS!  😃

You can ASK them to send you back the overage but you can't MAKE them.

Most buyers are good honest people.  It is the PITAs that are making you a bit too sour my friend.  Please keep your sunny disposition, it was always fun to read your posts.
