eBay doesn't guarantee your buyer will pay you.

Ebay cannot guarantee any buyer will pay.  It's up to the buyer.  So, no there are no guarantees for payment, only a Money back guarantee should the buyer be dissatisfied with their purchase, due to being not as described or not received.

I'm curious. You mention your store in your profile, and your name sounds like a store yet you do not have a paid store subscription here on eBay. And nothing for sale.
