'ADD' to my personal checking account did not go through and Payout issues

Hello:

I added another personal account 'ADD' on Payment, however it did NOT show my Payment method.  I did already twice, however there is NO confirmation e-mail from eBay on my Inbox. Absolutely, nothing!  Also, at the top of box, your Payout will delay and September 23 ... etc.

What did  I wrong?

How to add another, my personal checking account successfully?

For payouts are you trying to eliminate one checking account and add a different one?

Thanks for web-site/Link, I already did it, however I decided to keep as is, ... not delete and ADD another checking account. 

This morning I contacted eBay by a phone, but it's a very hard to complete verifications for both of Debit Card and Checking Account, because recently eBay asking me 'verification' on which I told an agent that I'm a legitimate eBay seller.  

I spoke with an agent for about 30 minutes and he said he would call me back this Friday what I need to do for the next step.  Until them, there is no PAYOUT and when I get it?

Apparently, eBay got more strict on PAYOUT, more likely eBay wants me to purchase something from eBay by using PAYOUT/$$$.  

I think it's an economy that I also understand.

Just wondering whether other sellers got 'Account Update' which is a lot of work to complete. ☹️

Actually they don't care if you buy something.

What eBay wants is to attach a method to pay for seller fees that aren't taken from the payout.  For instance if you cancel a transaction they charge you .30,  and they want you to specify a method for that. (credit or debit card)
