I brought a Nike decal twice on the wrong card one was refunded and one says that the cancellation was denied I used another card and ordered the Nike decal because as I said I used the worng card and he said he has payment for one and I only get one decal so where my refund for the second one or I need to get a decal

If you're still within the timeframe, you can open an Item Not Received claim on the second card. Good luck.

If you made three purchases, where is the screenshot of the third? You show 2 purchases, one was refunded and one shipped (last screenshot) i.e. where is the screenshot of the 3rd purchase you made with the 'correct'  card?
