Still getting that message that Managed payments won't be calling you, try again tomorrow after 4 days.
If you call customer service, and they transfer you, trust me, there lying. It is not MP, it is just another customer service genius pretending to be one to get rid of you.

You'll need to use the call back link at the bottom of any MP help page. They aren't taking call in questions. They open at 5am PT, and if you don't get your request in first thing, they won't get back to you. Do it everyday until you get it.

The call back feature works great. I've been able to get a call from ebay everyday. Only problem is the service agent reads from a script and gives me the same response every time. They cannot resolve my issue and need to submit a dev ticket internally and I need to wait for a call back - 10 days later, I have yet to receive a call back and nothing has been resolved.
