2 weeks still not received Managed payments

Am I the only one not getting paid thru managed payments been 2 weeks ago they sent it and shows all good on ebay but no money in the bank I really rely on it and forget customer service no way get thru even if you do they prob won't call back and if they do get the run around nobody can trace or knows sorry jack **bleep** they are turning into a mickey mouse company I contacted Adygen that handles payments but they can't help without a trans action number that has numbers and letters and ebay doesn't show it just a number trans id  cant believe its a nightmare discouraged lost all faith in ebay

Many others have reported similar problems here. No solutions other than keep requesting a call back from eBay CS. Best time to request a call is early in the morning as they stop taking requests at about 9:30am. Their hours are 5am to 6pm Pacific time. Keep trying and good luck.
