The threshold for tax year 2024 was $5000.00.
You will be notified by eBay when the 1099-K is ready for download.

You need to check with your state, it could be different then federal.

Keep in mind that just because you do not receive a 1099-K, does not mean you don't have to report the income you received.
Can save you down the road if you are ever audited. IRS wants their money, whether you receive a form or not.
