My account is completely new. I am not getting user permission. I don't understand why it is seen that "You are not eligible to add user permission." Please anybody can help me.

Can you provide more details @Anonymous ?

Are you trying to add multi-user account access? If so, you're not going to be eligible for that until your account is approved and set up for selling, and you've opted in to seller hub.

Have you successfully linked a Payoneer account to your eBay account? 

After linking it takes eBay 2-4 weeks to activate your selling account. You'll get an email from eBay saying you're all set when you're approved. It's only been a week since you joined eBay so I suspect you listed an item before you've been approved to sell.

And you're selling something  by dropshipping so that probably won't end well. 

Are you trying to add multi users to your account?  Like giving employees permission to list on your account?

That probably won't end well either.

New sellers have to start out slow.

Hello!

I'm new in eBay seller center. My subscription status is starter. I have added a virtual assistant for working on my seller account. But unfortunately I can't provide all the options to my added user. I need to provide him all the options but when I check the options then only 5 options I can check and the remaining can't tick. I had sent a message to help desk and they have suggested for: alternative PC/laptop, clear browser cache and so on. I have tried with all the ways but did not get any result. Please anybody can help me resolving this issue.

Are you trying to add other users to your account, and why?  You should start out by 

listing your own items you have in your possession and not start out dropshipping or hire people to post listings.  You'll be responsible for all their screw-ups.

Some dropshippers sell unauthorized and unauthentic items. How can you tell the difference?  Where will your items be shipped from?

This might seem like a silly question but are you signed up as a user on someone else's account?
