Having sold 1300 items, you are hardly new. 

 

Maybe things are different than here is the USA. Try posing your question on your home site, there may be more relevant answers there.

Look at the negative and neutral feedback you received on past orders they pretty much tell you what aspects of your eBay career needs improvement.

There is a plethora of videos on Utube that might be good to watch and absorb. Your question covers a lot and if there are certain aspects you are struggling with, feel free to post them. Although the rules of eBay may differ on UK, the concept of selling is universal. It would be good to click the link that @dryophelia to the UK boards.

The possibility still exists. Any account owner can give access to someone to work.
