When I create a new list, there is a box inside it showing list promotion, where I have to set 12% for a 100% promotion. This promotion tab is not showing. That is, when you make a new listing, a box appears saying that if you want to boost your listing, you will have to pay 12 percent to eBay for it, but that box behind the sale is not visible; I don't know why it disappeared.
