Error message when listing an item

Hello,

I am new to eBay. I am listing items, yet on several of them, I receive the following message below. I'm unsure what it means or how I'd fix it. Any help is appreciated. thanks!

• The value specified is no longer supported in certain categories or sites.

I have no idea. I never encountered that in my 18 yrs on eBay. Since I can’t see what you’re putting in your listing I can’t even guess.

This warning does not prevent a seller from listing, but it has to do with the 14-day return window which has been eliminated for most categories. EBay returns this warning to all sellers who select 14 days.

then why is it even an option under categories its not available for. why is it even an option at all and/or why doesnt it at least note that when selecting the option or better yet why doesnt it just say that instead of "

it says this as "status" of the item.  status without context just status.  and it only  shows you this when bulk editing.. or maybe it only shows me this by the way my listing tables are set up

for its (ebay) better points  its hard to complain. i take that back it can be easy to complain but thats stinkin thinkin still i have to say it seems in certain areas whoever did the planning was just lazy. so what happens when you have a return policy selected on an item which that return policy is not available? 

do they hide the listing, show my return policy as something other than i intended without notice?  I guess its more of a rhetorical rant unless you actually happen to have some insight.

i have not received this warning when listing any item and selecting 14 days.  The only place i have seen it is in the table under bulk editing which isnt something i do a whole lot dealing in unique inventory.  do you know what the consequence of this is im having a hard time finding anything on it and my head is pounding already.
