2. How i can sell an item like Gaming gift cards or App subscription which i will delivered to buyer via email ?

#2)  Ebay does not allow selling "non-tangible"  items.

but i can see alot of seller's they are selling items like Game Coins , Gift cards etc even i have ordered one and the seller delivered gift card code in message.

When I get pulled over and cited for speeding, I see lots of other drivers speeding also.

I got caught.  The others didn't.

Those other sellers will eventually get caught.

Especially if one of their buyers ever reports that they did not receive the item and there is  no tracking number.

eBay has a policy for electronically delivered items.

Some items sold on eBay  requires eBay to approve you to sell those items and selling digital goods is one of the items that requires eBay approval.

The first sentence of the policy says "Electronically delivered goods can only be listed by eBay approved sellers and must follow our policy."

Looks like you need to read the dropshipping policy also.

Dropshipping from Amazon and other retail sites is not allowed.
