Hi, I’m new to selling on eBay and I managed to put the same usps shipping label on 2 different packages when I dropped it off.
not sure what I can even do at this stage. I’ve done the usps intercept package but I’m afraid they’re only going to intercept 1 instead of both.

If you've ordered intercepts, that's the best move you could make. Now you let it go until you hear how it's going. Good luck.

You ask for an intercept by the Tracking Number. They should be different on each package.

Humm. USPS should be rejecting those packages I would think. But IDK for sure as I've never handled a situation like that. You shouldn't have to pay for an intercept. What does the tracking say?

The packages were dropped off at different locations but I check the tracking and it says usps possession. Gonna go to them tomorrow and see if it can be fixed. I did pay 30$ for the intercept right after finding about my mistake.

I would let both buyers know what happened. Hopefully the one that gets both will be cooperative and not treat it as a Christmas bonus. (slim chance). Even with the intercept you will likely get a shipping adjustment charge from the PO. The buyer who gets nothing needs to be refunded quickly. This was your error and you may have to eat it.

I meant, I put the same shipping label on two different packages. So they both have the same tracking number.
Well... if I read this correctly, the packages will both go to the same PO for delivery. Whether or not the intercept will happen confuses me since they both have the same tracking number. Geez... I don't know what will occur. Good luck, though.
