New Counterfeit Record Issues?

Been hearing more and more about people getting Legit Authentic vintage records removed for being counterfeit? Along with Temp/Perm bans. Latest one I heard about was a RSD new record that was released a few weeks back.  Even with a receipt they would not allow it.

I recently received a 3 day suspension from eBay for selling a perfectly legitimate album purchased by me in 1989. To add insult to injury, I noticed that several other dealers were selling the exact same album with no apparent repercussions. Very disturbing.
