I purchased an engine in Nov 2017, didnt recieve it until mid Dec.. It was not the exact engine in the pics. my question is why can i not leave feedback on this seller? highly deceptive seller...

Because it's been to long?  If you received it in Decemeber, why are you just now dealing with it?

Do you mean the engine in the picture is different than the one in your car or that the engine you received is not the one in the pic? Could be a big difference.

The engine in the ad is stated to be a J code. So is the 8th digit in your VIN a J or not?

Stock pictures. They have more than one, or, every time they get one, relist with the same pictures. That is quite common.
