Can some date or give me a site to date this FORD wrench? They are listed on Ebay from A model, vintage, V8. etc so you know how much I trust those listings.
On one side it has INDESTRO-MAIN BEARING-FORD A-B-V8 (the B may be a 6 or 😎 .
Other side 5/16 183-ALLOY STEEL-MADE IS USA 3/4 . The 5/16 and 3/4 are the size of the sockets.
Indestro went bankrupt with the great depression but was bought by Dero Metals. They manufactured under the Indestro name. Dero Metals and Indestro closed in 1990.
Really don't think wrench was made by Ford, but was made for Ford by Indestro.
Thanks

We have no dating service here. Might try Craigslist.

If it is an authentic Ford lug nut wrench, I'm thinking late 1940's on up. Most Ford lug nut wrenches were dual purpose.... lug nut removal and engine crank for starting. I know that the 1941 Ford had an opening in the grill for the hand crank.... heard this was the last year for the hand crank, but not positive.
