 I ordered a water pump and they said it was out of stock so they did a canslelation. Now I'm waiting on ebay to release my money

I am trying to remember last January.

I had a sale that went wrong. Double checked with Paypal. I cancelled the sale, or something, but, that did not send the refund, or something.

I had to do two separate things. That befuddled me

I did not know the refund did not go through until the buyer contacted me again.

No way I will remember the two steps.
