I'm selling my personal boat. It's a FSBO (For sale by owner) auction. I'm not a dealer. This is the only "eBay Motors" listing I have.

I made a nice looking ad for my boat in a 3rd Party Templating App. I did this before years ago when I sold my truck and it worked great.
This time, though, when I try to apply a template, I get this error from eBay that says.
"API is currently not supported for Vehicles Packages. If you like to list Vehicles, please call Dealer Services 866-322-9227."
I called. It's Sunday. But the recording says it's the telephone number for car dealers. I'm not a car dealer.
I presume the error is because I need a "Dealer" account on Ebay motors to use a template (hence "Vehicles Packages" and ", please call Dealer Services ".
I have just one ad for my boat I want "dress up a bit" using a template. I've done it before (about 2 years ago with my truck).
Perhaps their is a checkbox somewhere in my account that would enable a single eBay motors template?
Can someone from eBay or the community please help?
