I purchased catalytic converters in August that have now failed. Seller, posted that the items have a 5 year mfg warranty. I have tried to contact the seller, unsuccessfully, since December. I have tried to get a resolution through @ebay, and have not gotten a reply from customer service. Anyone have any other suggestions or have an actual phone number to contact ebay and speak to a human

....you are outside of the Money Back Gaurantee so eBay will be of no help to you.
If you used Paypal, file a claim with them.
If you used a Credit Card, contact them and file a chargeback ....
It's far too common for Listings on Motors to hype up warrenty coverage as a Selling point then ghost you when their parts go bad....
.... best of luck

You need to contact the manufacture and see if they'll stand behind their warranty since the item was bought on Ebay.

Did you register the warranty with the manufacturer? If so then your first step would be to contact them as it is the manufacturer that warranties their items.
Be aware though that manufacturers rarely honor the warranty on online purchases unless the seller is one of their authorized distributors.

File a dispute on your credit card if paid via card. If the seller offered the warranty, then this transaction qualifies as an incomplete sale. You apparently did not get the warranty with the part.
I have been successful in these type of disputes so file the written dispute immediately.
In each case, I have received a full refund and dropped the part in the trash.
