Missing items

Can someone tell me if these guys Ohiodesk for real or what? I have purchased some items on the 23 Oct 2018 but they have not yet arrived but other items that i purchased from different dealers after those ones have long arrived. I don't know what to expect, should i keep on waiting until the end of the year or what? Please assist me.

And why would you wait four months before filing an item not received complaint? You are too late to file on ebay, you have thirty days past the estimated delivery date to do that. But you can still file an item not received complaint at paypal, you have six months there.

Hum. It seems that our OP is in Botswana. As a Canuckistanian seller, some countries can be a "challenge" to ship to.  I do not think there is any tracking to Botswana. Perhaps the seller shipped it surface? It can take this long.

Regardless, our OP does not have what they purchased. As Mr Poutine says, open a claim with Paypal as it is too late with eBay.

Do NOT allow the seller to talk you out of the claim, as some try to do.
