Well, just for starters, there are too many digits for that to be an eBay item number.

Secondly, exactly where did you find this item listed? eBay has NOTHING to do with things you find listed on other sites.

You never "know" because doing so would require you to predict the future.  Use a credit card and you have full dispute rights and can walk away and smile if there is a problem.
