HOW do you get eBay to do something about this?

I searched for Impala Bucket Seat Brackets and the 1st thing I see are Cadillac fender skirts.  (due the seller's use of Item Specifics).
1300 used results and I'm not sure there are bucket seat brackets in any of it! 

HOW do we get eBay to put a stop to this?

yep, they don't care. every part listing has 1,000 spammed keywords - just try to report one of the spammed listings, good luck - you'll need it.

If only you could "search listing titles only".

Ebay makes more money off of those sponsored listings. Maybe they overlook keyword spamming...PAY TO PLAY.
