Hi people I’m in a situation where I have put a car on eBay and the car has not been sold I still have it here with me the guy who wanted to buy the car gave me an offer and I didn’t not accept the offer and it has done a auto accept it doesn’t make sense the guy then didn’t want the car and eBay is charging me saying the car is sold when the car isn’t sold I need help as they are charging me and my account is restricted !!! HElP

If the sale went through, after the offer was accepted, however it was accepted, and the buyer doesn't want it even thought technically they are the buyer, then file a nonpayment claim to recoup your fees.

Since ebay motor sales are non-binding, I'm not sure exactly how this works, or if the rules are different in the UK, but if it shows sold, and the buyer doesn't pay, then you should at least get your final value fees refunded somehow.
