I HAVE AN AUDI A6 2007 MODEL THAT I INTEND TO SALE, WHAT ARE THE PROCEDURE?

Sell it local. This is the United States community forums. Your rules over there may be different. Unless an Audi A6, 2007 is a rare model, pretty sure people are not going to want to pay transportation from Nigeria to here.

Most U.S. sellers will not ship to Nigeria, much less will Americans buy from Nigeria, given the country's international reputation for scams and cons and frauds.   Nor does PayPal operate in Nigeria.   That may be unfair to the country's many honest and sincere people, but it is the reality.
