Home at last. I can barely keep my eyes open this morning with only three hours of sleep. Flight got in after midnight and it was about 2AM before I wound down to bed. Kim is at work. Hope she manages to stay awake.
Anywho, there are some pictures of some old stored trains at Hamburg, NY. I found an old PA 2-10-0 Decapod and a couple of cabeese there. The old train station has a small hobby shop in it catering only to Lionel. The building is in sad shape so I didn't waste a picture on it.
As you can see, Dad and Son finally met. Damn weather didn't cooperate and we had to dodge the rain drops. We ended up shortly after lunch at the Niagara ship museum where the inside pictures are taken. Due to shortness of time and the rain we didn't bother with the tour. The Niagara BTW was the flagship of Commadore Perry who defeated the British navy at the Battle of Lake Erie during the war of 1812, I believe.
Next time we will plan it better. Suffice it to say, we had fun and wanted more time. We'll do it again Ernie. I promise.
Pictures are in Princess's album.

PS: The booze I smuggled in my luggage made it OK. Whoopee!
