I just tried to 'fix' the mine so that it looks like a mine in the hills not just on a bunch of foam and now I think it looks like a buchaus. That's Italian for just what you think it is. I think I will turn the mine into a waste treatment plant and be politically correct!!! By the way I cut the foam to form a pond with the future waterfall coming over the track and into a stream. Can I just seal this foam area with plaster and then paint it black when it dries or is there something better to seal the area. I am not planning to go all the way down to the plywood just maybe tapered to an inch or so below the top of the foam. Gene

Thanks Gene. I'll definitely be watching! Just as a note. If anyone wants to refer to a page anywhere on the internet, copy the URL address (that's the " http:// " etc) at the top of the page in your browser window. Paste that into your post and it will give the reader an instant link to that page. Fred

Pete, That's my "drum roll" ending for a bad joke. Like the one-liner guys use. I thought Badda Boom, Badda Bing meant smacking somebody around. ? Marc

Marc, If you get it right, the audience might laugh. Badda Boom, Badda Bing IS a drum roll. Now as for smacking someone around.....we don't do that kind of thing......any more......or any less either. Codccfadda PS: Do you have large garbage trucks in your area? Be very careful crossing the street.........

I just put up two pics of the new layout. Take a look at the green hotel roof just behind the diner sign. Gene

Hi Gene, Looks surreal. I like it!! I can't see what's on the roof of the green hotel. Mike, I don't want to appear "out of it" but I don't get the Anderson / browser window joke. Fred Budda Boob? Budda Unta? Budda Flavoured Microwave Popcorn...

Prof, The tracks go under a waterfall each. I've not seen this befor either but it must happen in the mountains and deep valleys somewhere. Fred I put up a small blow up of the hotel roof. Let me know if it is viewable. Thanks for putting the pics through. Gene
