The group charter has been revised to reflect the implementation of a new member trial period clause as follows, effective immediately:
The subjects in this group should originate, if possible, with model railroading; however, going off on a tangent is not frowned upon. Respect everyone's opinion please as this is supposed to be a friendly group where you will get model railroading help with your hobby and yet a poke in the ribs once we get to know you. If you like model trains and good natured fun, this is the place for you. No nit pickers or rivet counters allowed. It's our railroad and we like it that way. There will be a thirty day initiation period for management to access a new member's ability to participate and/or meld into the group. At the end of the thirty days the group management will address the new member's (participation) (conduct) (tone) (etc etc) either accepting/rejecting membership. No profanity please. Pets and spouses or significant others are welcome.
