Costs too much to have signage done professionally.
Anyone have any empty N scale plastic car storage boxes you would like to sell?
Have cars....need boxes.

I meant just getting a sheet of microscale alphabet decals and do script portion. Mind you with the generation you model, you'd probably want billboard style reefers.
Another method is using a digital camera to take pictures or find stuff on internet and use photo editor to make the billboard decal but then for quality, this involves owning an Alps printer.
In short, disregard last. >insert "what's the point"smiley. (as in what's the point of using ebays emoticons, they suck)
Grumpy still over ebay's crappy emoticons.

Pete,
See something like this:
He he he, I just borrowed a funny looking sailor holding a beer from the internet, and an old time reefer from eBay.... he he he. Still needs work though, especially to put it on a car, how good are you at hand painting.....???
All the best,
Charles

Well done Charles. If only you had an Alps printer. Pete could have some shipyard beer cars or Black Horse cars.
I have 3 Armadillo Ale cars and they are not too bad looking for being hand painted character and M/S decals for the lettering. For the size of my brewery, I doubt they would really own some cars, but what the heck, add some character to the industry. (afterall rule #1, It's my RR) 🙂

I have a set of six personalized brewery refers that Bachmann put out. Those are enough. I don't have an Alps printer or know how to use photoshop or any of the other systems. Not even paint in mocrosoft. Decals I can do. All that photo stuff is beynd me and my point and shoot camera. I just don't have the interest there.

Pete,
What scale is the brewery? HO or O, ?
Thanks,
Charles

It is O scale. 1/4" or 1:48

Here's my latest project. Check out the jug band......
This is O scale too.

As usual, a work of art. I like the stained boards look.

Hee hee hee, I used the 1+ thumbs up for fun (some times it is easy to entertain me...). Very nice scene, now you need some sound effects with jug band music playing, and the dog barking!
Is that a 1/2" foam board, which I suppose fits a space on the layout somewhere (have any problems with the proper fit?), nice idea great scene.
All the best,
Charles

Now it just needs a couple of the Wandas girls decorating the front door of the cantina.

Here's another shot of it. The adobe is actually Krylon stone texture paint. The "ladies" are next door. Close enough. The 1/4" foam base will e blended into the surrounding scenery.

One more shot. Can only post one picture at a time. What's with that?
