So I press the “Drop price by $1” button and it says “there was a problem revising this item. Please try again.” It does that for every item eBay recommends dropping the price. Any tips or suggestions? Found this feature/button useful in increasing sales.

It started a few days ago, before the app updated. I thought the issue would be solved after the app update, but it was not. I have an iPhone 11 with the latest updates and OS so I know it isn’t my device with the problem

I'm having the exact same problem. I always try the "Drop price by $__" options, and it has never worked for me. It's a real bummer, because while I know I can manually change the price, it takes longer and also doesn't provide the "recent price drop!" listing that I've seen on other sellers' listings.

This started for me a few weeks ago.  It’s still happening.  I wish this feature also showed the price drop in the listing.  For now... I just wish it works.
