scam

@eray-63

Generally, the word scam means you’ve been left with no way to recover the loss.

Can you explain your current situation?
Was this an eBay transaction? Is there an item number? How did you pay, and when?

Did you give your email address or phone number to a stranger?

If this was an eBay transaction, have you gone back to the listing and clicked the eBay Money Back Guarantee banner? What was the result?

Are you the buyer or the seller?

When you come here and say you've been scammed, we have to assume you're asking for help.

Unfortunately, you have offered no information that would help us help you.

Please return and give details together with dates.  The more information you can give, the more likely it is that we will be able to offer help or advice.

Contact the seller first, make sure what you are thinking is right. Then, simply return the item to the seller. If it doesn't work, complain it to eBay. You are covered by eBay and PayPal money back guarantee.

No,,,,,you don't contact the seller first and then simply return it. You open a return request or a not as described case and wait until the seller or eBay sends you a return label.   That is if the OP is trying to return an item, which they haven't indicated that's the problem they're having.

When is the item due?

You can't reopen the case on eBay.  If it's past due and you paid with PayPal go to paypal.com/disputes/ and file a case there.  If you didn't pay with PayPal then dispute the charge on your credit card.

First, explain your problem. If you have a problem with the seller. Then first you should need to contact the seller. If it's doesn't work open a case on eBay. They will help you.

You missed a little bit of info.  OP already opened a case, then apparently closed it.

Only options now would be Paypal or credit card charge back.
