I am not able to review or commit to buying when I receive a private offer from a seller. 
When I select REVIEW OFFER it skips a screen and goes directly to the original post with the original price or I get this error: 

{"error_code":"invalid_request"}

I figured it out. 
I had not checked my account for awhile and did not realize that the private offers had expired. 
That is why it was skipping the offer screen.
