Hello everyone, I have been receiving the "Network Error, Please Try Again" error since last night. I've cleared the cache for the app, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, and restarted my device and yet I'm still unable to get in. I've gotten in contact with customer service and they stated it wasn't an issue on Ebay's end even though I'm able to login on another device/computer on the same network. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated, unfortunately the mobile website is not efficient for me to use as a seller so I would like to get this resolved as quickly as possible. I've also gotten in contact with Ebay for Buisness on FB just waiting for a response. Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm experiencing the same problem on my galaxy s 10 plus with same update. It literally was just working then it stopped 😔

Thanks for posting this. We are looking into why this alert is showing up. Are you signing in and out of the apps multiple times per day? Are you using more than one account in the apps?

Hi I am dealing with the same issue and am currently on the phone with customer service. I have exclusively used this account on this device and the only change was that I changed my password from within the ebay app. It signed me out and when I went to sign back in I saw network error. I tried old versions of the app, tried rebooting my phone, cleared cache, cleared storage. I can log on through the web browser, and I can even log on using my fiance's phone from her ebay app. Something is up with the connection to my phone's ebay app in particular. I have a Google pixel 5. I have the april 26th updated app currently installed. Version 6.15.1.6
