I have always listed all my items using my phone since it’s so easy with the built in camera, (I don’t even have access to a “computer” most of the time), but a week or so ago the text box at the top of the create a listing page is just a blank space. Is someone working on fixing this? I’ve deleted the app (twice), restarted the phone and reloaded the app (twice) with no luck “fixing” the bug.

My app is doing the same. Been that way for about a week with no resolution. Let me know if you know of a fix.

The box missing from the top is an error. I'm not replicating that problem on my app using the business listing tool.
File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.
Options through the app:
1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.
2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report.

Googling the issue I saw where someone said it happens if you have your iPhone display set to ZOOM / Larger Text under display settings with the latest iOS and/or new eBay app. Mine was set to zoom. I set it to Default and the problem went away. I set zoom back on and problem returned. My old eyes need the zoom mode. Lol. Someone needs to fix this. I must now choose between the text box being visible (like it has always has been) or strain my eyes with Zoom turned off for literally everything else I use my phone for.

The problem occurs if you have zoom / larger text turned on. Setting to default “fixes” it. This is a bug with either iOS or the app. Never happened before. I need zoom / larger text turned on.

I have the same issue , called eBay multiple times and they said they never heard of this issue from anyone else and that my iPhone is not working properly. Called Apple , they said it’s 100% eBay’s issue when some features in the app are not working.
