have never been able to get push notifications working - please help

I have an iphone and have never been able to get push notifications working for anything from ebay.  I have:

- Uninstalled - reinstalled the app

- Turned off notifications - turned them back on

- Checked comm settings in my ebay

Any suggestions?

You didn't inadvertently block Ebay somehow, did you? Check your block list on iphone

Try signing out of the app...uninstall it, then reinstall, resign in

check the do not disturb settings
