Absolutely unreal that a guy can "buy" my item, not pay, try to get me to circumvent ebay, and the stupid item still says "congratulations" what a joke

Ebay doesn't know they did not pay until you tell ebay so. Are you familiar with the Resolution Center?

If they don't pay after 48 hours, open an unpaid item case and close it 96 hours later to get your fee's refunded.
