ebay update

I have an ebay update that my phone is compatble with but won’t update, it just keeps looping from asking me to update, so I press to update, it goes to app store, I press update and it loops back to ebay needs an update I love ebay and cannot use it sadly. Saltyblood

What OS are you using @salty_8624 ?

For iOS 16 or later and Android 10 or later, follow the instructions here: How to update your eBay app

For older systems running iOS 15 or Android 9 or earlier, you can access eBay from a web browser on your device. Delete the eBay app so links open in your browser instead of the app.

I have now done as you said and now have to use in browser, it works and can access my account bit of a pain but it works thank you Saltyblood
