eBay purchase history does not load 

So frustrating that a $1 billion company can’t fix this! for months I’ve had an issue. I

 

buy a lot I have over 500 purchased items in my purchase history the only thing I can do is to go delete hundreds of items in order for my purchase history to load which I need for tracking if not anything else! 

any idea How or why this happens in any solutions please I do not use my computer only mobile for eBay

I’m having the same issue. Many purchases in a short time, will not load my purchase history. Sometimes it loads for a few minutes and then I can leave some feedback, but it reverts to having the same issues shortly thereafter.

If Purchases do not load in the eBay app, are you able to view your Purchase History using a mobile browser in mobile mode? How about a mobile browser in desktop mode?

If that works, that should allow you to keep track of your purchases from your phone until eBay is able to sort out the problem with the eBay app.

I’m also having issues with being able to view my history. I recently purchased an item and I can’t see the item in history but I have the email. I purchased it just two weeks ago. The tracking details tells me my item was delivered October 9th of last year. It’s showing details from an old purchase. It’s like it’s frozen. I can’t get ahold of any reps anywhere or email anyone. Extremely frustrating.
