What operating system version number and app version number are you using?
App issues can be reported to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if that feature is enabled and the app is still running.
If you have not already tried, it might be worth uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, then installing the latest version of the eBay app. The restart in between should ensure a clean install, which may help if the problem is related to a past installation.
If that does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, uninstall the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
